If you are an owner

You do not need a valuation, an information memorandum, or a decision. Two or three years away from doing anything is a good time to have a first conversation, not a bad one.

If you represent a seller

We do not ask you for a client’s revenue or profit on a web form. Those arrive on a call, under confidentiality, once you have decided we are worth the introduction. Your fee is respected and paid at completion.
